Profiles
This section will highlight restaurateurs and their establishments in video format. Behind every counter, stove, and menu there is a story. Fast food culture has created a void between chef and diner. We will attempt to bridge that gap by introducing the customers to the owners of popular local eateries in the hopes of re-establishing that connection. Each profile will share the owner’s personal story, restaurant history, menu items, and customer experiences.
